Why CGLLC

CGLLC understands the constraints on contractors- most often time and money. Specifically designing equipment for a project reduces the need for purchasing off-the-shelf equipment not specifically designed for the needs of the project. Modifying standardized equipment often means additional expense, and purchasing capabilities not required.

Ruggedness of the equipment is also paramount. CGLLC prides itself on designing and building equipment that can be manhandled and exposed to the elements. Yes- abuse happens on your job- just like everyone else.

CGLLC has more advantages- CGLLC has thousands of engineers and designers available to it- at no cost to you. The best minds in the world help with every project.  By applying technology already existing in the industrial and instrumentation fields, tried and true systems are developed quickly with success built in.

Automated Silo designed specifically for Post-Tension Grout. This unit has water, powder and grout flow quantities built in to control panel

This is the silo on steroids.  Next owner needed much greater capacity and be able to use it on a barge.  This silo has seen action at Woodrow Wilson and Susquehanna Bridges

This is an air-powered 'baby' Moyno designed for vacuum grouting repairs inside bridges, used at Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Tampa, FL

Electronic grout flow meter to measure injected quantities during vacuum grouting repairs. These units can be calibrated in any standard units.  These units have been used at numerous bridges.

The State-of-the-Art.  LDVME- Leak Detection and Void Measuring Equipment.  This self-contained forsensic tool is used for measuring void volumes in bridge repairs and other airtight voids.  Portable, easy to use and reads directly in any standard unit desired; unit has a separate output for locating leaks, bypassing the electronics.

Datalogging system built to withstand construction site abuse.  These units are custom built to users' requirements.

LVDT's to measure deflection- electronic devices measure to .0001".  Uses the datalogger above or can be attached to an independent electronic indicator.
